The Institute fully recognizes its social mission regarding the protection of all personal information the Institute handles, and is committed to protecting the rights of individuals and complying with all laws and regulations concerning personal information. Furthermore, the Institute hereby declares that the Institute will establish a personal information protection management system to realize the following policy, and that the Institute will make a united effort to continuously improve the system while always being aware of the latest trends in information technology, new social demands, changes in the business environment, and other factors.

- The Institute will acquire, use, and provide personal information only for the purposes set forth in the Articles of Incorporation and within the scope necessary for the legitimate business operations of the Institute and for the employment and personnel management of its employees in connection with any operations related to its business, and the Institute will not handle any personal information beyond the scope necessary to achieve the specified purposes of use (utilization other than the intended purposes). The Institute will also take measures to prevent any utilization other than the intended purposes.

- The Institute will comply with laws and regulations regarding personal information protection, guidelines provided by the government, and other norms.

- The Institute will continuously improve the personal information security system by allocating management resources consistent with the actual conditions of the business in order to take reasonable security measures to prevent leakage, loss, damage, etc. of personal information. The Institute will also promptly take corrective measures if it is determined that there is a problem with the protection of personal information.

- The Institute will promptly, sincerely, and appropriately respond to inquiries and complaints regarding the handling of personal information.
- e)
- The Institute will review its personal information protection management system in a timely and appropriate manner in light of changes in the environment surrounding the Institute, and will continue to promote its improvement.
