Firstly, he showed the movie to explain their activities in Japanese. They hold “National Invention Convention and Entrepreneurship Exposition”, “Global Invention Convention and Entrepreneurship Exposition” and summer camp, every year, so the students can participate their activities continuously through a year. Their activity is included the school curriculum, so they make the effort to train school teachers.
Then, we explained our activities, mainly on youth creativity development, the invention clubs for schoolchildren throughout Japan and the four big events like “Concours of Schoolchildren’s Inventions”, “Exhibition of Children’s Art of Tomorrow’s Science” and “Contest for Challenge, Creativity and Teamwork”, and also “International Exhibition for Young Inventors (IEYI)”.
After each explanation, we discussed about the education for Invention or IP to children or teachers, textbook for such education and the invention clubs, international contest, etc.
